Lori Jansen

Founder and CEO

Lori Jansen is President and Founder of Clear Global Solutions LLC,   CGS is a Disabled Veteran business started in 2011. She served in the U.S. Air Force as a Security Forces Specialist  before entering civil service spending 15 years as a Contracting Officer/ Procurement Analyst for the United States Department of Agriculture and the Department of Defense.     CGS has been steadily growing since 2019 under her leadership.  She has surrounded herself with family and friends bringing them in to help build up her company and passes that family feeling down to her employees who are the most important reason for her success.  Family first.  
Lori’s passion is supporting Veterans.  She is a member of the Combat Vets Motorcycle Association providing sponsorships for their golf tournaments and supports the Veteran’s Golf Association (VGA) and is a major sponsor for the Wisconsin VGA State Tournament.

Vice President

I officially joined Lori in her growing business in 2020, but I have known Lori for about 20 years. I was, and am passionate in seeing her small business succeed. Her unwavering dedication and generous spirit inspire me in my contributions to CGS. I was blessed to be mostly a stay at home mom for my kiddos when they were small and got back into the workforce when they started school. I am so grateful for each and every CGS employee and have thoroughly enjoyed connecting with the lifeblood of the company, you! I have the pleasure of helping CGS with Program Management, Business Development, and Operations Support. My absolute favorite thing to do outside of work is hanging with my kiddos and three grand-babies, playing Disc Golf and enjoying life with my husband Paul.

Vice President

Kemiah Brooks-Ali

Human Resources Manager

With over four years’ experience in Human Resources, I serve as the Human Resources Manager at Clear Global Solutions. In this role, I am dedicated to fostering a positive work environment by exhibiting exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills. I began my career at USOSM, where I gained valuable experience in recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management and a multitude of other HR skills. Over the years, I have honored my skillset and continued to exhibit professional growth, with an intention to help CGS continue to grow and meet company needs. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business – with an Emphasis in Human Resources Management from Texas Woman’s University. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with family, reading, running 5ks, and finding new activities in the DFW Area.


Brady Kolson

Cheif Financial Officer

Brady Kolson holds an A.S. in Business Administration from Anne Arundel Community College and a B.S. in Accounting from Towson University. Inspired by his father, who was a seasoned CFO, Brady discovered his passion for accounting early on and has pursued it with unwavering dedication ever since.
With a robust background in government contracting, Brady gained invaluable experience at PROCAS, where he navigated the intricate challenges faced by government contractor accounting and executive teams on a daily basis. His expertise further solidified during his tenure with another government contractor, honing his skills before joining Clear Global Solutions.
Having initially consulted for CGS in 2023, Brady officially joined the team in January of 2024 as Director of Accounting. In this role, he oversees the meticulous and timely recording of financial transactions and ensures the accuracy of financial reporting. His responsibilities extend to banking oversight, budgeting, forecasting, pricing proposals, and collaborative support across various departments.
Clear Global Solutions is distinguished by its employee-centric culture, prioritizing the well-being and collaborative potential of its team members. Within the accounting department, Brady fosters an environment where every voice is valued, believing that collective effort yields superior outcomes compared to individual contributions.

Gregg Brown

Director of Operations

My name is Gregg Brown, and I am the Director of Operations for Clear Global Solutions. I have over 28 years’ experience managing General Services Administration (GSA) Administrative and technical, CFM, Operations and Maintenance and custodial contracts throughout the United States. My expertise in government contract management helps me ensure top-notch customer service is delivered to my business partners. I am Strategic, forward-thinker, proven innovator, exceling and adapting within the changing environments of multiple government contracts, projects, and Task Orders. In my free time I enjoy exploring Colorado campgrounds with my wife, kids and grandchildren.
